Admission Process

1.Parent Visit and Observation
Parent must visit the school; observe the classroom in session, and meet with the Director Admissions and/or Head of the School. This enables the parent to be acquainted with the school representative and share pertinent information. This ensures that the student's family and MINERVA HITECH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL share value systems and work together for the student's benefit.

2.Application Form Submission
Parents should submit the completed application form accompanied by Rs.300/- nonrefundable application fees. Children currently enrolled in other schools must submit a teacher recommendation form, release record forms and Transfer Certificate from their current schools.

3.Students Classroom Visit and Assessment
Students visit will be arranged once the completed application has been received. Children will explore the School and classroom materials with the guidance of the teachers. After the initial visit with the teacher, the children will be informally assessed by the teacher as part of the admission process.

4.Admission Decision
MINERVA HITECH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL mails the admission decision information to the parents. Once accepted and after the Payment of fees as per schedule we confirm admission in the school. No student is considered enrolled in the school until deposit, contacts and required records are received.

Families agree to abide by all MINERVA HITECH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL policies and procedures outlined in the parent handbook.

If the school has full enrollment, a waiting list is established for the applications on file. When vacancies arise, the Director of Admission will notify the parents and proceed to the next step of the enrolment process.
